Wheretobet Staff Visits Virtual Casino Group's Offices

Wheretobet.com staff has recently visited the offices of the Virtual Casino Group (which includes both Cool Cat Casino and Cirrus Casino -- which are reviewed on our casino channel: http://casino.wheretobet.com) in La Sabana, Costa Rica and were given a full tour of the facility.

In contrast to previous reports of a very secretive and shady operation with a well-armed gang of thugs on constant patrol for security breaches (or money going out the door to winning players), we were presented with a very corporate and professional looking operation of reasonably substantial size. The casino group has a lot of staff in their offices, and plenty of capacity to ramp up operations even further.

There is security, as there always is at any online gaming company we have ever visited, but nothing out of the ordinary or remotely suspicious. The only area of the entire office that we were not given a tour of was the owner's office.

The office visit was a part of our recent review of this brand's efforts to clean up its image and bring its operations up to industry standards, and played a part in our decision to place group member's ratings on probation.
