Iowa Fails to Pass Online Poker Legislation

Despite previous approval of proposed online poker legislation by a Senate committee in early March, lawmakers in Iowa failed to agree on the bill as written. The legislation will be re-written and reviewed at a later date by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.
Once again a US state has come close, but finally failed at getting online gaming legislation on the books.
Who will be the first? Perhaps online bookmakers should be offering odds on this.
